Please note that if you choose to pay using aneCheque, Paypal will take 7-9 days to clear the amount from your account. Your order will be processed once funds have been cleared by Paypal. If you have paid using an eCheque by mistake, it is possible to cancel the payment. Just contact us on ebay and we will be happy to assist you.

All our items are brand new and will arrive packed complete with the appropriate fittings. We take great care in packaging every item to ensure its safe shipment to you. We charge shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.

We currently DO NOT have collection facilities.

We ship to all UK mainland destinations, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Isles. Please note shipping rates online only applies to UK mainland destinations. Delivery varies for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and all the Isles.

Please note all orders are a one man delivery and help is expected on the recipients' end for large items.

For all payments received by 12pm you should expect delivery usually within 3-5 working days for items in stock. For non-stock items delivery is usually 7-10 working days. Please note the couriers might be a day early or a day late depending on their work load. Please leave your daytime telephone number for our couriers.

Please note that it is not possible to change address once the goods have been dispatched, so please ensure that we have the best week day address for you. We shall provide you with a delivery date and keep you well informed of the delivery times. If you do not receive you product within this period or if you need to find out exact day of delivery please contact a day after your dispatch email for your tracking number and couriers' local depot number.

For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to the address provided and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.

On rare occasion whereby an attempted delivery fails and the courier returns the items back to us, sadly a penalty charge will apply (£20 for smaller parcels & £39.99 for larger items) which you will have to pay before we can resend the items.

Items MUST BE CHECKED upon receipt. On rare occasions breakage can occur in transit. If you believe it to be broken, then DO NOT SIGN for it. The driver will return it to us & we will then promptly dispatch a new one. We MUST be informed of any transit damage (Unsigned for) within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time.

Checking Goods for Damage and Notifying Us: For small item deliveries that arrive from couriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 24 hours.

For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the driver's delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you bought the item in error you have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days from date of delivery for credit or refund. Please note that whilst we accept returns, they will attract a 25% restocking charge + the initial shipping cost, so please be sure that this product is exactly what you want before ordering.It is your responsibility to return goods in pristine condition in its unopened, original box. You will be responsible for the cost of the return and the safe return of the goods. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, we reserve the right to arrange collection of the item from you and to charge you for such collection. There is no exception to the 25% Restocking Charge.
